Directions
The farm is located 2 km from the center of Seggiano and 8 minutes by car from the town of Castel del Piano and 60 km from both Siena and Grosseto on the Mediterranean coast and the beaches of the Maremma. Coming from the Rome or the South or from Florence and the North, Monte Amiata can be reached on the A1, taking the Chiusi - Chianciano exit, head West on Strada Provinciale 146 towards Amiata and Bagno Vignoni to SP 40 till it merges into SP53 turn left on the Casia (SR2) and then after about 1 km turn onto SS323 will take you through Castiglione D’Orcia and to Seggiano.
Coming from the coast, take the SS1 to the Amiata –
Siena exit (E78), at Paganico, exit the
E78 and follow indications for Monte Amiata on the Strada
Provinciale Cipressino towards Seggiano.
